Brilliant – can’t fault them, tech support excellent. After my printer pads were at the end of their life I thought that was it for my printer was not convinced the solution would work but it did.

This works perfect. So easy to install. All I needed was my Mom’s drill & a latex glove to pull out the pads. Saved me $330 already on buying another Canon G3200.

I have complete admiration for anyone who bothers to take time out to establish how to override one of the most common problems found in all of the most popular ink jet printers available. It must have taken hours of careful dismantling and re-assembling just to short circuit the systems for us novices to save buying another printer when the one we’re using was perfectly ok until the manufacturer tries to determine otherwise. It’s so easy to modify and can save you £££’s without needing a new printer.

I’ve successfully used the key to reset the counter on my Epson Stylus Photo R2880. The video and support information were really helpful in making this a very straightforward and trouble-free process. I fitted one of the Duo 15 waste kits to this printer several years ago.
